MaidtoOrder.ca is really about you, our customers. We are committed to meeting your needs. We focus on finding out what you want and providing a specialized cleaning just the way you like it.

Our Founders

The founders of MaidtoOrder.ca, are lifelong friends with a shared interest in business. They found themselves dissatisfied with numerous cleaning ladies over the years and recognized the need for a customer-focused and personalized cleaning service that paid sufficient attention to detail. After doing market research and putting to use their experience, skills, and shared philosophy that the customer always comes first, they set out to create the solution, a company that would differentiate itself, and MaidtoOrder.ca was born.

Our Leaders

The current owners of MaidtoOrder.ca have been operating the business as of December 2011. They met in India while doing volunteer work and are now raising their three energetic children in the Toronto area. With a background in restaurant management and financial consultancy, they began working with MaidtoOrder.ca as a part-time cleaner and moved into management duties before eventually taking over the business. As homemakers and business owners, they combine attention to detail, understanding of customers’ needs, business acumen, and high standards for home cleaning.
